About Me Page

My name is Elyssa Barrera, and don't you forget that! My goal is to get an Art Major in Arts Media and Animation. Since the start art as a whole has never left my side. My style tends to lean into a vast amount of color and shade when it comes to my masterpieces. All stroked in the heart of digital work, but I can also work under a physical medium such as ink, paint and markers.

There is the off chance that some of my artwork can sometimes stream from some of my favorite video games like "Five Nights at Freddy's" or "Bendy and the Ink Machine." As the series still greatly impacts me and stiff gives me high motivation. With the most influential being "Undertale” by Toby Fox with their vast amount of character and personalities. It was a turning point that made me realize the media can be taken seriously. There is so much meaning in fictional media, animation or game sense, it should never be overlooked for being made-up. It's all stories made up by one person, the physical and emotional impact it gives to people is real. I kept the game in my heart and now capable of understanding the use of story and am now capable of creating 20+ fully original characters with everyone being as unique as possible with their shape and color.
